Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of national health reform strategies on the economic reimbursement of public hospitals.Methods Constructing the system dynamics model on economic reimbursement of China's public hospitals,and analyzing and judging according to the model.Results The trend of medical expenditure over-increasing could not be changed by current reform policies,such as essential medicine policy,medical service price adjusting policy,more government investment policy,etc.Conclusion The over-increasing of medical expenditure should be controlled effectively,and the cost of public hospital should be strictly controlled by government.The executives of public hospitals should get ready for the policy of whole-budget management.
