Abstract

The article reviewed reimbursement types of the foreign public hospitals,and summarized reimbursement changes of public hospitals in China after the establishment of People's Republic of China.It also analyzed the reimbursement characteristics of public hospitals,such as low financial aid from government,distorted prices of medical services,and high incomes of drugs.The author also proposed suggestions on the research of reimbursement mechanism,which are(1) scientifical regulating health and determining public hospitals;(2) systematical designing system and focusing on fairness and efficiency;(3) intensifying quantitative research and establishing compensation model.
