Nursing experience of 65 aged patients with oral cancer remaining artificial trachea

Objective:To discuss the nursing of remaining artifical trachea after the surgery which remove the oral cancer absolutely.Method:Reviewed the nursing features and specific measures of 65 aged patients with remaining artifical trachea.Evaluated the details of these patients and enlarge intercommunication with them;we examined the clinic feedback of every post-operative case closely,at the same time,we control the humidity of trachea and fulfiled the prospective nursing of complication effectively.Result:Concerning these 65 aged patients:only one case,whose inner cannula was blocked while trachea was dissected was treated in time.Moreover,All of 65 cases recovered quite well without any serious complication.Conclusion:Instruction and guidance before surgey and effective post-operative nursing could alleviate the pain of patients with cannula,and further accelerate the consequent recovery.
