The nursing of trachea,carina bronchus in patients with peri operation period

Objective To summary care experience with the trachea bronchial patients who are during perioperative period.Methods 48 patients were divided into 2 groups.One group with 24 trachea bronchial patients were given conventional ordinary nursing;other 24 patients were given the targeted care,such as taken care in emergency in time,observed vital signs postoperative closely,strengthened the chest closed drainage tube care,kept the respiratory tract unobstructed,and assisted patient effective cough and row phlegm,and taked care to their pain and complications in the same way.Results 24 patients with ordinary care during the perioperative period,1 case death,8 complications;24 cases of patients with a specific nursing without complications.Ordinary care patients hospitalized for an average number(29±15)days,targeted nursing for(18±6) days.Conclusion High quality preoperative and postoperative nursing can accelerate the healing of the trachea bronchial patients,reduce the complications of surgery patients,reduce the economic burden of the patient,and guarantee the surgery patients with success and smooth recovery.
