The comparison of the effect of risperidone and tiapride in the treatment of children with Tourette's

Objective To compare and analyze the treatment effect of risperidone and tiapride in the treatment of children with Tourette's.Methods 180 cases of hospital treatment of children with Tourette's patients were randomly divided into two groups,and 90 cases in each group.Both groups were taken with 2 to 6 mg/d trihexyphenidyl.On the basis,the observation group took one week oral risperidone 0.5 mg/d,gradually increased to 2～3 mg/d,and last for 8 weeks of treatment.The control group was treated with tiapride treatment,one week oral dose of 100 mg/d,then gradually increased to 200～450 mg/d for 8 weeks.After treatment,the conduct of Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale score for the two groups was compared,and compared the efficacy and side effects.Results The total effective number of the observation group was 83 cases(92.22%),the control group was effective in 73 cases(81.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).It was off in the control group with 28 cases,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of risperidone in the treatment is better than tiapride,and with lower side effects,and it is a treatment that should be promoted.
