Cost accounting of new water supply of Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion in Jiangsu Province

The water supply cost is the basis of water supply price. With regard to the situation of Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion in Jiangsu Province, the components and accounting method for the new water supply cost are discussed. The relevant sharing method for the new water supply cost is proposed. On such a basis, the cost of new water supply of Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion in Jiangsu Province is calculated. The accounting results may provide a reference for the formulation of water price scheme of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
