Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Water Resources Security of South to North Water Diversion Project——Taking Middle Route of South to North Water Diversion Project of Nanyang Water Source Area as an Example

Abstract

The security of water resources of the water source area was one of the key problem in the south to north water diversion project,relating to the success of the whole project. Therefore,water safety evaluation of water sources area became extremely important. According to the results of the current research scholars developed a assessment on water resources security,combined with the specific characteristics of water source area of the middle route of south to north water diversion project to set up the water resources security evaluation system of water source area,and using AHP to determine the weight of each index,then used the multi- level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the water resources security situation of Nanyang water district in 2013. The evaluation results showed that: The water district of Nanyang was in a very safe state. Finally,this paper further analyzed the potential factors of water sources security in the water resource area.
