Abstract
Tap buds, leaves and leaf stalks of Begonia elalior, after sterilized, were used as tissue culture explants. The most appropriate culture medium in culture stages were(1)MS+6 BA4.0 mg/L+IBA1.0 mg/L for germination;(2)MS+6 BA 0.5 mg/L+IAA 0.2 mg/L for rapid propagation;(3)MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L for rooting.Plantlets were transplanted after rooting culture about 50 days. The survival rate of transplanted was to 92%.
