The Preliminary Study on Rising and Cause of Formation of Learning Society

From the concepts of the lifelong education and learning society, the thesis retrospects the process of learning society and analyzes the cause of the rising of learning society in our country in recent years. It is concluded that the learning society is the important form of developmental idea of international lifelong education and it is significant for our city to improve the synthesis strength and increase the degree of city's civilivation.
