On Focus of Innovating for National Normal University Teacher Education

The National Normal University,which is directly under the Ministry of Education,as a comprehensive university,under the new situation of developing and training outstanding teachers,should improve its teacher education.First of all,the need for teacher education is changing teacher education into transition;Secondly,clarify the erroneous understanding of teacher education on free of charge,upgrade school level,establish the training of elite-level goals and localization of the clients location;Third,from high-level comprehensive basis of their own professional development of teachers and the design is based on the perspective of 4 + X,a variety of teacher training mode;Finally,in accordance with the standards of outstanding teachers,we should set up the appropriate education courses.
