Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of goal-oriented teaching theory of each week in nurse training teaching of spinal surgical practice.Methods According to the goal-oriented teaching theory of each week in nurse training teaching of spinal surgical practice,goal-oriented plan for each week was made to guide the practice of nurse students.Results The practical effect were significantly better in training of theory knowledge,technical skill,clinical thinking and satisfaction degree for nurse training for those in study group than those in control group(P0.01).Conclusion Management of goal-oriented teaching theory of each week plan can improve the teaching effect and satisfaction degree for nursing teaching.
