The Radio TV university's open distance education is a teaching model that relies on modern education and information technology to realize systematic teaching and communication between teachers and students.Currently in the Radio TV university's open distance education,educational resources are always provided by teachers,students are at the receiving end,and do not take part in building resources.One aspect of implementing open education concept is to let students take part in resource building.In Radio TV university exists a good foundation in technology,study materials and human resources.The co-production of the study materials by teachers and students in the Radio TV university's open distance education should bedeveloped gradually from the present primary stage to the advanced stage.
