Abstract

At present, TV University's distance education has a long way to go compared to that in the developed countries in the world. During this transition period, we are supposed to pay close attention to the transition of teachers' and students' concepts as well as the hardware construction and the faculty's network technology training. We should fulfill the new concept down to every teaching sector, and lay a solid foundation for the realization of the crucial development in TV University's distance education.
