Abstract
The modern distance education is the basic education form of open education of Chinese Radio and TV University.With the advantage of blending learning and present condition of open education and its students,the face-to-face education is still a kind of the valid education form.This paper discussed the significance and strategy of applying face-to-face education,while bring up distance education by open education of Radio and TV University.
