An Analysis of the Functions of Social Service Based on the Concept of College Management

The concept of college management is indispensable in higher education reform.Setting up the idea of college management is helpful to the improvement of college functions.Currently,colleges meet with many difficulties in serving communities,such as the backward social service conception,old specialty,weak material and technical foundation,poor research strength,etc.Therefore,colleges should further establish the management concept,enhance social service capacity and expand the channel of social service.While providing social service,colleges can develop faster and better by which a healthy mutual interactional mechanism can be established.
