Under the situation of the investigations of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy launched by China against part of automobiles and chicken products exported from the United States,the author conscientiously analyzes the definition of subsidy formulated in China's Anti-subsidy Regulations and discovers the inconsistency between it and the subsidy definition provided in SCM Agreement.In conclusion,the author points out the mistake and suggests subsidy be considered as the benefits brought to the recipients through financial contribution of the government or public institutions.
