A Study of Statutory Rules of Chinese Agricultural Subsidy under WTO Vision——A Perspective Based on Comparison with Laws of American Agricultural Subsidy

The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Chinese agricultural subsidy rules and makes a comparative analysis on the statutory rules of American agricultural subsidy.It is enlightened that Chinese agricultur al subsidy rules must be legalized and take food security as the primary target.Certain scales must be set up and full consideration must be taken to be in agreement with WTO.Supervision must be strengthened and negative effects on environment must be taken into consideration.Long-term mechanism cannot be established without overall plan and green-box policy being implemented as much as possible.
