Clinical Observation of Yangyinqingre Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Patients

Objective To explore clinical curative effect and application value of Yangyinqingre decoction combined with GP regimen for non-small cell lung with Yin deficiency inner fever. Methods 198 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,99 cases in each group,control group given GP chemotherapy,treatment group plus Yangyinqingre decoction,records the clinical curative effect. Result The difference of clinical curative effect after statistics analysis was not statistically significant( P 0. 05). Immunological indexes data in two groups had statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Cartesian score and chemotherapy side effects incidence in two groups had statistically significant difference( P 0. 05 or P 0. 01). Conclusion Type of Yin deficiency with internal non-small cell lung cancer treated with Yangyinqingre decoction combined with GP scheme have reliable curative effect,can effectively improve patient's immunological indexes and quality of life scores,reduce the incidence of side effects of chemotherapy,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
