Clinical study the operative treatment of traumatic cataract

Objective To study the best timing and operative methods in traumatic.Methods 95 cases of traumatic cataract were divided into three groups byoperative time.We performd cataract extraction with different time After trauma and visual acuity was recorded.Results The best correct visual acuity was improved followed up 6 months.The visual acuity was 0.30～0.42.No obvious complication was found in all cases,but two endophthalmitis.Conclusion Timing and operatve methods is very important in patients with traumatic cataract.The effect is good.
