Relationship of Fatty Liver,Body Mass Index and Blood Lipids

Objective To investigate on relationship of Fatty Liver,Body Mass Index(BMI) and blood lipids.Methods To observe the difference of fatty 1iver among different teams of BMI and blood lipids level in 4 715 medical check-up people from Wuxi No.1 people's Hospital in 2004.Results With BMI and blood lipids level increasing,the incidence of fatty liver increases and the differences among these teams are significant in statistics(P0.005).The incidence of fatty liver correlates with property of blood lipids.The incidence of fatty liver in the team of high triglyceride is significantly higher than the team of high cholesteol(P0.005).Conclusions With BMI and blood lipids level increasing,the incidence of fatty liver increases remarkably.There is significant correlation between fatty liver and triglyceride.
