Abstract
Objective To explore relationship between body mass index, blood fat and fatty liver,in order to guide students preventing fatty liver. Methods By using Quetelet index of obesity, ultrasound diagnostic method and blood lipid detection,5 264 students' obesity, fatty liver and lipid level were diagnosed to analyze relationship between body mass index, blood lipid and fatty liver. Results There were 426 cases of fatty liver students. Compared with non-fatty live, there were significant differences in gender (χ2=15.998,P0.05)and age (t=13.122,P0.05). There were also significant differences between fatty liver group and non-fatty live in body mass index, lipid level (TG,HDL,LDL) (P0.01). There were correlation between the occurrence of fatty liver and TG,HDL-C and weight(P0.05). Conclusion There is a high correlation between large body mass index, hyperlipidemia and ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver. Ultrasound diagnosis of fatty liver should be generalized for it of great realistic significance in group survey among primary and middle school students.
