Problems of the current rural land expropriation and counter measures——Jiangnan Town,Dunhua City as an example

With the rapid development of our economy and the urbanization,more and more rural lands are expropriated,so many problems which invade the farmers' benefits arise,resulting in the unemployment of the farmers and hardly maitaining their lives.In order to protect the farmers' interests,suggested taking the following measures: not only establishing the employment security system,but also determining the reasonable compensation standard of land requisition and meanwhile setting up land compensation mechanism for the expropriated farmers and so on.
