Analysis on the Establishment of a Security System for Land-Expropriated Farmers

At present,a series of problems exist in China’s land expropriation policy,such as rather low compensation standards,disorderly distribution of the settlement capitals,lack of social security and so on,all of which definitely lead to the farmers’ loss of a secured life.So how to establish a sophisticated confiscation policy is an urgent and important issue.In the land expropriation practices,attention should be paid to all stages and a supportive legal system should be established to ensure the effective solution of confiscation-related problems.
