Abstract
We systematically analyzed hair follicle morphogenesis of Inner Mongolia Cashmere Goat embryos during Ed40-Ed110 by conventional histological section and HE staining. The results suggested as following:Morphogenesis of Inner Mongolia Cashmere goat hair follicle can be divided into pre-placode stage, hair placode stage, hair germ stage, hair peg stage and hair follicle stage, according to the different morphs those five stages can be divided different sub-stage,and the hair follicle morphogenesis is accompanied by the occurrence of sweat gland. The process of Cashmere goat primary hair follicle morphogenesis is not synchronous, and there is a time gap.The secondary hair follicle does not appear before Ed110 of Cashmere goat fetal.
