Abstract

【Objective】The objective of this study was to observe the hair follicle structure and Morphogenesis of cashmere goat. 【Method】Observation embryonic skin paraffin section of the Inner Mongolian Arbas cashmere goat by light microscope. 【Result】The hair follicle structure of cashmere goat was in the same manner compared with other animals, which was composed of hair bulb, connective tissue sheath, outer root sheath, inner root sheath and hair shaft. Hair germ was formed at the embryonic age of 55-65 days. Most primary hair follicles and some secondary follicles matured at the embryonic age of 135 days. Moreover, an important fact that secondary hair follicle is a branch of primary hair follicle has been found first on cashmere goat.【Conclusion】 This study described the structure and changeable process morphogenesis of hair follicle, that aid service as a basic introduction into the field of cashmere goat hair follicle morphogenesis.
