Abstract
High-speed counter-current chromatography(hight-speed counter current chromatography,HSCCC)technology is a new type of international liquid-liquid distribution chromatography technology,and is widely used in recent years. The separation and purification of natural products and developed in the purification of alkaloids compounds in natural products is particularly prominent. In this paper,the high speed countercurrent chromatography in the separation and purification of natural product alkaloids chemical constituents,active ingredients;pH- zone refined counter-current chromatography in the purification of alkaloids application;and high-speed countercurrent chromatography combined with other analysis testing technology are reviewed.
