Abstract

High-Speed Counter-Current Chromatography is a kind of chromatographic technique without solid carrier,which mainly utilizes the difference of the partition coefficient among the compounds in the solvent system to achieve the purpose of separation. It is widely used in separation of compounds as well as monomer purification. This paper reviewed high-speed countercurrent chromatography application in separation and purification of flavonoid aglycone and flavonoid glycosides in recent years,including high-speed countercurrent chromatography separation and purification of natural products of known and unknown flavonoids,selecting active flavonoids ingredient and providing reference for future application of separation of flavonoids with high-speed countercurrent chromatography.
