Abstract

the state land supervision system has been implemented for nine years, but the effectiveness of the state land supervision have not fully played. Problem oriented, combining with the advance of state land supervision, pointing out that we must grasp five relationships to put forward further manifestation of the position and role of the state land supervision, from four aspects, the orientation, promoting legislation, innovation methods.
