Trend of Foreign Land Supervision and the Enlightenment to China

The Chinese government offered to establish a sound operational mechanism for decision making, enforcement and oversight to check each other and function in concert, and to enable land supervision to play its function of supervision. In this paper we analyze the trend of foreign land supervision in terms of the system, mechanism, concept, laws, IT application and etc., and suggest changing the supervision concept, strengthening construction of a communication and coordination mechanism, accelerating the process of land supervision legislation, improving information publicity and supervision authority as well as pushing forward IT application in land supervision under the premise of the relative independence of China's land supervision mechanism.
