Abstract
Land consolidation regulation is the base of and the key to the smooth operation of land consolidation.To resolve the problems in the process of land consolidation supervision,such as weak base of supervision,absence of basis and inadequate institutional construction,this paper constructs aquaternitysystem of land consolidation supervision,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for reinforcing the supervision and management to improve the quality and efficiency of our national land consolidation supervision in terms of strengthening the organization of supervision,innovating supervision modes,constructing social participation mechanism,and realizing informatization of technical means for supervision.
