Abstract
Objective To analyze the conditions of children mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods Mycoplasma pneumoniae rapid liqiud culture, passive particle agglutination and dot immunogold method.Results(1)There were 221 positive by mycoplasma pneumoniae rapid liqiud culture method in 873 pneumonia patients, the positive rates were 25.3%;There were 129 positive by dot immunogold method in 170 pneumonia patients.the positive rates were 21.1%;There were 125 positive by passive particle agglutination method in 724 pneumonia patients.the positive rate is 21.1%.There were no significant differences in the positive rates.(2)There were no significant differences in the positive rates between 40 d~3 years 17.9%,4~7 years old 26%,8 to 14 years old accounted for 27.9%.Conclusion It had important significance to select the detection specimen according to the illness; The infection rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae had no concern with age.
