Abstract
Objective To compare three methods of detection in child pneumonia mycoplasma infection detection effect. Methods Our hospital pediatric pneumonia in children with 270 cases as the research object, the random is divided into three groups, each group of 90 cases of mycoplasma antibodies respectively passive condensation method to detect group, pneumonia mycoplasma culture method to detect and mycoplasma jinbiao immune group spots method and compare the results of three methods of detecting. Results Passive condensing method to detect mycoplasma antibodies positive group 18 cases(18/90), and mycoplasma pneumoniae culture method group testing positive for 23 cases(23/90), mycoplasma jinbiao positive immune spots method in testing group 21 cases(21/90); Three of the children under the age of mycoplasma positive test results is 18.6%; 4 to 7 years old children with mycoplasma positive test results is 27.4%; More than 8 years old children with mycoplasma positive test results was 29.5%, the three stages of age in children with mycoplasma positive detection rate, compared to no obvious difference(P0.05). Conclusion Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection of children clinical diagnosis need to refer cases to choose appropriate detection method, and child pneumonia mycoplasma infection rate has nothing to do with age.
