Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids by PPH surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoid from January 2012 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into PPH group in 60 cases, within the outer peel group in 60 cases. The operation time, hospitalization time, the use of painkillers, postoperative bleeding and postoperative complications were observed between the two groups of patients. Results The operation time, hospitalization time, the comparison of the use of painkillers and postoperative complications in PPH group compared with the outer peel inside group, the difference had statistical significance(P 0.05).And postoperative hemorrhage cases, there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion PPH surgery relative to the outer peel inside the firm, obviously shorter operative time, postoperative pain is relatively slow, protecting anal control ability, rapid recovery, fewer complications, shorter hospitalization time,PPH is an ideal surgical treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.
