Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 95 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2014,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,48 cases in experimental group,47 cases in control group. The experimental group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets,the control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled- release Tablets,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results After treatment,blood pressure,angina frequency and duration of two groups were reduced,and the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05); The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than control group,the incidence of adverse reaction of experimental group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05).Conclusion The effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is remarkable and little adverse reaction.
