Clinical Effect for Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertension with High Cholesterol

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy for amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with high cholesterol.Method: 52 cases from February 2009 to February 2012 into our hospital,with hypertension and high cholesterol were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group was of 26 cases.The treatment group was received amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment,and the control group was given atorvastatin calcium therapy,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.46%(23/26),which was significantly higher than the total efficiency of 69.22% in the control group(19/26),P0.05.After treatment,the TG,TC and LDL in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group,P0.05;the HDL was significantly higher(P0.05).The systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) in the treatment group was significantly reduced than before treatment,P 0.05.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy for amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with high cholesterol is effective.It can control blood lipids and blood pressure,the clinical value is considerable.
