Clinical efficacy analysis of Xuebijing in treatment of patients with severe pneumonia

Objective To study the therapeutical effect of Xuebijing on the severe pneumonica by the efficiency,cellular immunity,inflammatory factors detection. Methods 100 patients with severe pneumonia in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group equally. Basic treatments including nutritional support,mechanic ventilation and so on,were applied in control group. Treatment group received Xuebijing injection on the basis of the basic treatments. CD4+,CD8+,NK levels of control group and treatment group before and after operation were detected by flow cytometry,and IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results Total effective rate of treatment group achieved96. 00%,which has a significant difference with the control group( P 0. 05); compared with control group and levels before operation in treatment group,IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of treatment group after operation obviously decreased(P 0. 05); CD4+/CD8+value,NK level of treatment group after operation were significant higher than those of control group and treatment group before operation. Conclusion Xuebijing obviously improves functions on the patients with severe pneumonia after basic treatment,which obtains a significant therapeutic effect.
