Abstract
From 2001 to 2003, fourteen forage breeds, introduced from USA and Canada, were studied in Taipushi, Xilingguole, Inner Mongolia. The results showed that among the 14 breeds, five have not only stronger adaptability, but also higher seed yield and forage yield. They can be used in artificial grassland and improving grassland.
