New Exploration on the Influence Factors of Firm's Dynamic Capabilities

Abstract

Building and enhancing a firm's dynamic capabilities is an important way and means to address rapid change in environment and to gain competitive advantage,but there is a consensus view on the influence factors of its dynamic capabilities in the academic circle.Based on the principle of behavior science and a general component of firm's capability,this paper proposes a new theory model of influencing dynamic capabilities.The paper points out the future directions of enhancing dynamic capabilities for managers.
