Abstract

The crude fat in rape pollen,buckwheat pollen,wild chrysanthemum pollen and hawthorn pollen was extracted with the method of Soxhlet,respectively. After saponification,the extracts were analyzed with GC-MS. Results showed that rape pollen and buckwheat pollen have much more kinds of phytosterol among the four kinds of bee pollen.
