Abstract

DENG Xiaoping's idea of legal system is the product of the combination of Marxist legal system theory with the practice of Chinese revolution and construction. It has gone through a budding process from the 1920's to the1970's, formation during the initial period of the reform and the opening to the outside word, and the improvement after mid 1980's. DENG Xiaoping's idea is the instructive thoughts of contemporary Chinese legality construction.
