Abstract

Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on legal system are essential part of Deng Xiaoping's Theory.They show clearly the way forward of establishing socialist market economy and forming socialist legal system with distinct Chinese characteristics.To study the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on legal system is significant in strengthening the establishment of socialist legal system and in fostering a sense of legality.The source,formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on legal system and analyzed.It is concluded his thoughts are the reflection and prospect of long-term development of China.They are important contributions to our party and our nation and the guiding principles of legalization in China.
