Abstract

Deng Xiaoping’s thought of the legal system is a leading part of the theory on building up the socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is abundant in connotation and is deep and broad in comprehension.It is of important significance to master Deng Xiaoping’s thought of the legal system for promoting the construction of the socialist legal system in China and governing the country by the rule of law.
