Abstract

Objective To study the cutting technique of Tetrastigmatis hemsleyani.Methods The effects of concentrations of rooting reagents,cutting age and cutting medium were investigated.Results The rooting reagents and cutting age effected rooting rate obviously,but cutting medium had no obvious effect on the rooting rate.Conclusion The best combination of factors was as follows: 2-3 age cutting treated by IBA(1 000 mg/ L) for 10s and planted in the cutting medium of Loess.
