Abstract
Through the orthogonal experimental design,the effects of different rooting accelerators and concentrations on the cutting propagation rooting rate of Acacia continma cutting with different lignified degrees,and the effects of different cultural substrates on the cutting propagation rooting rate of Acacia continma were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate was high,rooting number was large,rooting was in long length,and the seedling height was large with the treatment of IBA 600×10~(-6)+ABT-1~# 600×10~(-6) to unlignified trend branch;100% of red-heart soil showed the best in the compare experiment between 3 kinds of substrates
