Abstract

Study on the effects of different nitrogen, carbon, temperature,pH,light and moisture of matrix npon Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link mycelia growth. The results show:the most appropriate sources of nitrogen to the growth of Cordyceps militaris(L.) Link mycelia are peptone and ammonium citrate;the most suitable carbon sources are glucose and sucrose; The optimal temperature is 20-25 ℃ and pH 6-7;the optimum moisture content is 80% of Matrix;and dark has a significant role in promoting the growth of mycelium.
