Abstract

Using the deep fermentation and the index in culturing the dry weight of mycelia, the biological characteristics of Cordyceps militaris mycelia were reported in this paper. The experiment results indicated that Cordyceps militaris mycelia could use different carbon sources and nitrogen sources, with red sugar as its best carbon source and milk as its nitrogen source, that the proportion of carbon source/nitrogen source was 2.0~2.5/1.0, and that its fittest pH value was 6 at the best temperature of 25℃.
