Abstract

This article is mainly to have a test and research on Cordyceps militaris Link mycelium growth demands for the nutritious elements and ecological factor. The results showed that the optimal carbon sources were from sucrose, organic sources from peptone, inorganic salts from Nacl and the ratio of carbon sources:organic sources was 40∶1.The suitable temperature,Phand water content of the compost appropriate for the mycelium growth of Cordyceps militaris Link was 20 °C,6.5 and 70% respectively.
