Abstract
The employment vulnerable groups of college students are a hot and difficult problem for the college students management.The article analyzes the present situation and the characteristics of employment vulnerable groups of college students,and holds that it is important for current higher educators in China to carry out the path analysis on the basis of above analysis.The investigation finds that students who have physical illness or with poor educational background are often rejected by employers;female studetns are in vulnerable position;students from poor families are in dilemma situation.These show the coexistence of independence and dependence,strong awareness of becoming a useful man and lost of the goals,self-esteem and self-abased,and self-relusive and anxiety.
