Employment-related Psychological Problems of Local Teachers College Female Students and Some Countermeasure

The year 2013 was known as the most difficult year of employment in history. There are about 7,270,000 graduates in 2014. The grim situation of employment forces college female students,who were originally vulnerable groups in the competition, under the double pressure of employment this year. The situation brought various psychological problems in normal colleges and universities. Taking Fuyang Teachers College as an example,the proportion of girls has reached 59. 8% at the beginning of 2014. Therefore,it is of significance to study the employment psychological problems of this special group.
