Abstract
Water eutrophication has become a worldwide concern of the environmental problems.The main factors causing eutrophication are exceaded nitrogen and phosphorus,especially phosphorus makes greater contributions to eutrophication.The sources and hazards of phosphorus are analyzed,the various treatment methods are summarized,and the future direction and developmental trend are propesed.
